PROPERTY MANAGEMENT SERVICES

Arizona Platinum Realty offers a property management service that enables you to enjoy a life style without the hassle of collecting rents and maintenance problems.

1.      Rents are collected through an ACH withdrawal system from the tenant’s checking account.

2.      Property owner is paid through ACH direct to your checking account.

3.      Owner’s rent is paid to them within 5 days after it is received.

4.      A statement of all transactions will be sent each month to the owner.

5.      If the property is not currently rented, we will find you a renter fast.

6.      When we find the right renter we do a very extensive credit check, I.E. national background report, eviction report and an employment history.

7.      Photos will be taken both at move-in and move-out.

8.      We provide periodic inspections both in and outside of the property.

9.      If maintenance issues arise, we have a team of preferred vendors that will take care of them.
